Everything was very good, including very very helpful and exceptionally attentive staff. My double room with shower facilities including rainhead shower, castle view, as example was brand-new and nicely furnished. The location of the hotel was comfortable, close to a railway station, and I liked that. Stayed for 1 day and did not want to leave there, I will be returning here soon.

our stay there was pleasant. we had a great-sized room with a view of the castle. the location was marvellous, steps away from sunken garden. was set in 20 minutes' walk to the downtown, and the workers were extremely friendly.

Great services, the private parking was available on site. A wide array of goodies for breakfast. Particularly good and ideal setting, really close to Himeji castle and train station, stores and restaurants, and two covered shopping streets jammed with stores.

What a really good stay, no reason to complain. Exceptionally good breakfast with lots of meals. Comfortable beds and central heating, a personal safe, and a flat-screen TV. Comfortable and unbeatable location, a 10-15 minute walking distance from Himeji City Zoo. Very very nice area close enough to the castle and gardens and railway station and the castle.

It had great and absolutely perfect location just walking distance from Shimmei Shrine. It was also not far from the railway station and interesting restaurants and Close to train station.

It's a very good business hotel with good sized and functional rooms. The food is GREAT and yummy. The property has a central location right next to the most iconic sights of hiroshima.

Fairly clean and faultless place, has delightful views of the castle. Its location is favourable, minutes away from Egret Himeji. You could walk to a supermarket and main shopping street.

I had reasonably priced room with luxurious amenities. The hotel has marvellous and amazing location next to everything-train station, shopping streets & department store, restaurants and of course, the Castle and roofed Ekimae Miyuki shopping street and train station and many restaurants and shops.

Everything was spot on.
